Safety4000 Silver is a reflective window film designed to upgrade the safety level of existing glass whilst providing the additional benefits of solar heat and glare rejection to create a more comfortable environment in which to work or relax.
The rejection of harmful Ultra Violet rays, visible light and heat greatly reduces fading of fabrics and furnishings.
The exterior silver finish is ideal to create a one-way mirror effect in daylight hours to provide privacy of valuable assets, personal modesty or hide unattractive parts of a building.

Important Information
Internal application only.
We do not recommend the use of internally installed solar reflective film on Georgian Wired glass or double-glazed units if they are Laminated glass due to the increased risk of thermal fracture.
Polyester film is not suitable for application to plastics or polycarbonates.
UV rays, visible light and heat are the main causes of fading. However, they are not the only causes. By reducing these elements fading can be greatly reduced but it is impossible to completely eliminate it.
One-way vision privacy is dependent upon the light ratio on either side of the filmed window. It can only be achieved when it is brighter outside than inside. That is why the film will only be effective during daylight hours.
A float glass window can only be certified to have been upgraded to BSEN12600 Class 2B2 where the safety film has been installed correctly and safety marked accordingly. Safety Film is tested to BSEN12600 Class 2B2 by the manufacturer to categorise its performance level. It is not a guarantee against injury.
